This Leyland Lynx was seen in Hornchurch Town centre on 27/2/99, working on route 351 to Lakeside.
Eastern National became owned by the same parent company as Capital City bus - First. Capital had gained work for TfL and so had to off load it's commercial routes; route 324 went to Ensign whilst Eastern National took the 348.
Eastern National simply added it onto the already established 351 route from Chelmsford to Romford.
