This Leyland Lynx was seen on 18/3/99 at Woodview (Thurrock & Palmers College's) working route 348 to Romford.
As previously mentioned, Eastern National had taken route 348 off Capital Citybus's hands and covered the route by extending the 351.
Unfourtunately for Eastern National, route 351 was too long under PCV driving rules, so they had to revert to seperating the 348 & 351 - in practice though, buses worked both routes within their diagrams.
