This is a Northern Counties bodied Dennis Dart in the special Green & Cream livery used for the Strood rail replacement in 2004.

Although seen in Ensigns yard, it is blinded up for route X80 - the service used for positioning the buses between Strood and Ensigns Purfleet base.
